We have now submitted a planning application to Lewisham Council for their consideration.

Before submission, we engaged in a series of pre-application meetings with both Lewisham Council and the Greater London Authority between March 2024 and April 2025. In addition, a public consultation was held in March 2025 to gather feedback from the local community. The insights and comments received have been incorporated into the final Statement of Community Engagement, which accompanies the planning application.

The discussions and feedback from these meetings and consultation have played a key role in shaping the final design. Lewisham Council will now carry out its own consultation on the proposals in the coming months.
